For over 25 years we have partnered with The Princess Margaret Lottery Foundation in support of cancer research. This year we built two of the top prizes in the lottery: a stunning suite at 330 Richmond and a custom King City showhome.
The 330 Richmond suite is a stylish condominium located in downtown Toronto’s Entertainment District. The one-bedroom plus den prize contains fabulous condo amenities and is situated near plenty of restaurants, boutique shops and more. The suite comes fully furnished with interior design and décor by Alexandra Aversa. A full suite tour is available here.
The grand prize in this year’s lottery is a King City showhome, valued at over $7 million. If it isn’t the gourmet chef kitchen that takes your breath away, the home also contains four unique bedrooms with a beautiful guest suite on the main floor, an elevator, home office, two laundry rooms and so much more! Be swept away by the home’s design by Greenpark Group and interior design done by Sarah Beaulmer.
