Over the decades Greenpark has progressed from modest beginnings with 3 homes to covering all of Southern Ontario becoming a titan among builders, incorporating state-of-the-art designs, cutting edge building practices, and a new standard of service. Up until the early 1990’s Greenpark exclusively built Single-detached homes only adjusting this footprint to include Semi-detached and Townhomes to cater to a major shift in demand for smaller more affordable product.

Princess Margaret Home Lottery Foundation
Celebrating 25 Years of Support
Since 1997, Greenpark has been a fixture in the Princess Margaret Home Lottery Foundation raising millions over the last 25 years in support of one of the world’s leading cancer research centres.
Greenpark’s involvement began with five homes in 1997, the second year of the lottery. Since then, 169 Greenpark homes and 3 condo units have been gifted to lottery winners. Over the last five years, Greenpark has continued to raise the bar with the grand prize showhome. In 2021, it was a majestic King City estate home worth over $7 million.
