One app experience that connects the entire condo community. Stay up to date with community messaging to ensure you don’t miss important notifications from building management. Planning to entertain in the private dining rooms or lounges? Check availability on the community calendars before you book them in the app.
Virtual Mall
At the virtual mall, you can stay connected to retailers at the local community shops. Exclusive deals, new releases, and events — not only will you be the first to know, but you’ll also be able to take advantage of exclusive in-app promotions offered only to residents.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Driving an electric vehicle? You won’t need to spend time searching for a parking spot. You can use your mobile app to check, in real time, which charging stations are open.
Community Security
For your peace of mind, you’ll have access to live video feeds from designated community cameras. If you’re expecting company, greet them through the live one-way camera and grant them access to the building.
Digital Doorlock
No keys, no problem. All you need is your smartphone app and you can seamlessly access your suite and condo amenities. You can also create a unique passcode which provides secure access for your guests so they can freely come and go, whether they’re watering your plants when you’re on vacation or checking on your pets while you’re out.
In-Suite Wall Pad
The hub for all your condo’s smart systems, this easy-to-use digital display allows you to navigate your suite’s smart functions and interact with your community. Control your suite’s temperature, lights, and blinds. Create custom ‘scenes’ with these coordinated smart settings to suit different times of day or moods. View designated community cameras, take pictures of suspicious activity, and use the live one-way video to view visitors and grant them access.
Smart Light Switch
Soft lighting for a quiet evening in, accent lighting for entertaining, or task lighting for cooking, you can program any of these to fit any mood. Plus, you can control these functions while you’re away which means you never have to come home to a darkened suite.
Doorbell Camera

Skyvision also serves as its own self-monitored security system. Not only can you use your wall pad or smartphone app to see who’s outside when there is a ring at your door, but you can interact with them, save footage of events, customize your notifications, and more.
Smoke Alarm & Flood Sensor
Rest easy knowing your suite is equipped with a state-of-the-art integrated smoke alarm and flood sensor to immediately alert you in case of an emergency. These notifications come through on both your wall pad and smartphone, meaning you’ll be able to address the problem even if you’re away from home.
